Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and use of BodyLog ("the App"), published by Navelo Software ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to the App's Privacy Policy.

1. Use of the App
BodyLog is provided for personal fitness, wellness and progress tracking. You agree to use the App responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
2. No medical advice
BodyLog does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Weight, BMI and body-measurement data are for informational and personal-tracking purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical, diet or fitness decisions.
3. Your data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the App. BodyLog stores your entries and photos locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups if you wish to preserve your data across device changes.
4. Photos
You should only capture or import photos that belong to you and that you are comfortable storing on your device. You are solely responsible for the content of any photos you add to the App.
5. Availability
We aim to keep BodyLog reliable, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or OS version.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, source code, trademarks and content (excluding data you enter) are owned by Navelo Software and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navelo Software and its developers are not responsible for any loss, injury, health outcome, data loss or damages resulting from your use of the App.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
