BodyLog
Privacy Policy
BodyLog ("the App") is published by Navelo Software ("we", "us", "our") and is designed to help you privately track body measurements, weight, BMI, goals and progress photos. This policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is processed, and the controls you have. It applies to the iOS and Android versions of BodyLog.

1. Our privacy commitment
BodyLog is built as an offline-first application. Your weight, measurements, BMI history, goals, notes and progress photos are stored locally on your device. The App does not require an account and does not upload your body data or progress photos to our servers.
2. Information you enter into the App
The App may store information you choose to enter, including:
- Weight, height and BMI-related data.
- Body measurements such as waist, chest, hips, arms, thighs, neck, shoulders and calves.
- Goals, notes and reminder preferences.
- Progress photos you capture or import.
All of this remains on your device unless you explicitly export or share it.
3. Photos
If you choose to add progress photos, the App may request access to your camera or photo library. Photos are used only for your personal progress tracking and remain in the App's local storage on your device. We do not upload, view or process your photos.
4. Notifications
BodyLog may request permission to send local reminders so you can log your measurements consistently. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
5. Information we do NOT collect
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, precise location, advertising identifiers, biometric templates, or behavioural profiles. We do not sell, rent or share your personal body-tracking data with advertisers or third parties.
6. Advertising and analytics
BodyLog does not currently use advertising or behavioural analytics SDKs. If analytics are added in the future for aggregated, non-identifying app-quality metrics, this policy will be updated before that change ships.
7. Medical disclaimer
BodyLog is for personal fitness and wellness tracking only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns or before making significant diet, exercise or health decisions.
8. Children
BodyLog is not specifically designed for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us.
9. Your control
You retain full control over your data at all times. You can:
- Delete individual entries, goals and photos from inside the App.
- Reset all data through the App's settings.
- Remove the App from your device to delete all locally stored App data.
- Manage camera, photo library and notification permissions through your device's system settings.
10. Security
The App relies on the security primitives provided by iOS and Android, including sandboxed storage and OS-level encryption. We recommend using a device passcode and keeping your operating system up to date.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
