We will investigate and respond appropriately, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. Knowingly material misrepresentations may result in liability for damages under applicable law.
6. Responsible disclosure
We welcome reports of potential security vulnerabilities affecting our website, applications, or services. Please email support@navelosoftware.com with the subject “Security Disclosure”, describing the issue, steps to reproduce, and any proof-of-concept. Please act in good faith, avoid privacy violations, service disruption, or data destruction, and give us a reasonable time to investigate and remediate before any public disclosure. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who comply with this policy.
7. Professional liability
While we maintain high standards in design, engineering, and delivery, our liability for any professional services is limited to the terms expressly set out in the relevant SOW, MSA, or other signed contract, and is further subject to the limitations described in our Terms & Conditions.
8. Compliance & sanctions
You represent and warrant that you, your organisation, and your beneficial owners are not subject to any economic sanctions administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, or India, and that you will not use our services in violation of applicable export-control or anti-money-laundering laws.
9. Press, partnerships & inbound legal correspondence
All legal notices, claims, summons, and formal correspondence must be sent in writing to Mohali, Punjab – 140301, India, and copied to support@navelosoftware.com with the subject “Legal Notice”. Service of process by any other means is not accepted.
