Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Clients can request cancellation of services at any time. However, the effective cancellation date and any applicable refunds will depend on the stage of the project and the terms specified in the individual Service Agreement.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally processed based on the following criteria:

  • Initial Deposits: Booking amounts or initial deposits are non-refundable as they cover resource allocation and project setup.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable once the milestone is approved by the client.
  • In-Progress Work: For work-in-progress, a partial refund may be considered after deducting the costs for hours already spent on development and management.

3. Timeline for Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days and will be credited to the original payment method or as agreed upon in writing.

4. Domain and Hosting

Payments made for domain registration, third-party hosting, or external API licenses are strictly non-refundable as these are purchased on behalf of the client from external providers.
