What is an AI agent, and how is it different from a chatbot?

How do you stop an AI agent from doing something harmful?

By limiting what it can touch. Agents get the narrowest permissions that work, actions that move money or data need human approval, spending and rate limits are enforced in code, and every action is logged. We design against the risks in the OWASP agentic top 10.

Should we build a custom agent or use an agent platform?

Which AI models do you use?

We choose per task. Frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google handle complex reasoning, smaller models handle routine steps cheaply, and open-weight models run privately when data must stay in your environment.
