Terms & Conditions

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App and uninstall any existing copy. If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with parental or legal-guardian consent.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Navelo Software grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

ZorbiLock uses a zero-knowledge architecture. Navelo Software does not know and cannot recover your master passphrase. You are solely responsible for:

• Choosing a strong, unique master passphrase.
• Keeping it secret and safely backed up (e.g., via secure offline storage, recovery sheet, or hardware token where supported).
• Maintaining your own backups of any data you cannot afford to lose.

If you lose your master passphrase, your vault becomes permanently inaccessible. Navelo Software cannot decrypt, reset, or restore vault data under any circumstances.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code or cryptographic keys, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
• Bypass, disable, or interfere with security, licensing, encryption, or subscription mechanisms.
• Use the App to store, transmit, or facilitate any unlawful content or activity.
• Use the App in any manner that interferes with its operation or with other users.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.

• Billing. Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play in your local currency.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Managing & cancelling. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Refunds are governed exclusively by Apple’s and Google’s policies. Navelo Software cannot issue refunds for app store transactions directly.
• Price changes. Prices for future billing periods may change with prior notice in line with platform rules.

The App and all related software, designs, graphics, logos, content, and the name “ZorbiLock” are owned by Navelo Software and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited licence in Section 2.

Use of the App is also subject to the platform terms (Apple App Store EULA / Google Play Terms) of the store from which you obtained it. Navelo Software, not the platform, is solely responsible for the App and its content, subject to these Terms.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, security, and non-infringement. While we follow strong cryptographic and engineering practices, we do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, free from vulnerabilities, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navelo Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or for the consequences of credentials being compromised, lost, or forgotten. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

You agree to indemnify and hold Navelo Software harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these Terms. Upon termination you must uninstall and stop using the App. Sections that by their nature survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) shall continue to apply.

The App may contain cryptographic functionality subject to export controls. You agree not to use, export, or re-export the App in violation of applicable export-control laws of India, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other relevant jurisdictions, or to any embargoed country or sanctioned party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mohali, Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any binding arbitration provision in our company Terms & Conditions. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose mandatory laws grant additional rights, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
