Privacy Policy

StreakMate is built as an offline-first application. Your habits, completions, streak counts, freeze tokens, notes, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a user account system, and we do not transmit your habit history to our servers.

The following remains exclusively on your device unless you explicitly export it:

• Habit definitions, schedules, categories, and icons.
• Completion history, streaks, heatmaps, and freeze-token usage.
• Personal notes, reminders, and in-app preferences.
• Local notification schedules generated by the App.

Certain limited information is processed by Apple, Google, or our subscription provider — never by us directly:

• Subscriptions & purchases. Billing for StreakMate Pro is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat as our subscription management provider, which receives anonymous transaction identifiers, subscription status, country, and platform. We never receive your full payment details.
• Optional iCloud backup. If you enable iCloud, your data is stored in your private iCloud container under your Apple ID. We have no access to that container.
• Crash & performance diagnostics. Anonymous, aggregated crash reports may be provided by Apple or Google only if you have opted in at the OS level. These do not contain your habit data.

We do not collect, store, or process: your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, advertising identifiers, browsing history, social-graph data, biometric templates, or behavioural profiles.

StreakMate does not integrate any advertising SDKs, behavioural-analytics SDKs, or cross-app trackers. The only third-party SDK used is RevenueCat, solely for subscription state management.

StreakMate is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the App without parental consent, please contact us.

You retain full control over your data at all times. You can:

• Export your full history as a CSV file from the in-app Settings.
• Reset all data via Settings → Data → “Clear All Data”.
• Delete the App at any time to remove all locally stored data from the device.
• Manage notification permissions and iCloud sync through your device’s system settings.

For users in the EEA/UK, India, and California, you may also exercise applicable data-protection rights by writing to support@navelosoftware.com. Because we generally do not hold your personal data on our servers, most rights are satisfied by the in-app controls above.

Limited transactional metadata processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may be stored on servers outside your country. Those providers operate under their own privacy policies and applicable cross-border transfer mechanisms.

The App relies on the security primitives provided by iOS and Android, including sandboxed storage and OS-level encryption. We recommend using a device passcode and keeping your operating system up to date.

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, in-app notice.
